Copa City Salsa LLC Return & Refund Policy
At Copa City Salsa LLC, we offer two distinct categories of products, each with a policy tailored to its nature: custom-made print-on-demand items and our delicious salsa products.
Our Commitment to Quality: We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If there's an issue with your order, we're here to help make it right.
1. 30-Day Policy for Print-on-Demand Defects or Errors: For all custom-made print-on-demand items, you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a resolution if the item is:

Defective: (e.g., a hole in the fabric, broken stitching)

Damaged during shipping: (e.g., clearly damaged upon arrival)

Wrong item received: (e.g., wrong design, color, or product type)

Incorrect print: (e.g., misaligned print, incorrect design printed)
To be eligible for a resolution under these circumstances, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Report an Issue (Print-on-Demand Defects/Errors): Please inspect your print-on-demand order upon reception. If your item falls into one of the categories above, contact us immediately at info@copacitysalsa.com. To help us quickly assess the issue, please include:

A clear description of the problem.

Photographs clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Our Resolution for Print-on-Demand Defects/Errors: If your claim is approved, we will work with our print-on-demand partner to arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost, or we may offer a full refund. In most cases, we will not require you to return the defective or incorrect item. We will notify you of the resolution within 5 business days of receiving your report.
2. Policy for Smoked Roja, Smoked Verde, Roasted Roja, and Roasted Verde Salsas (Food Products):
While we produce Smoked Roja, Smoked Verde, Roasted Roja, and Roasted Verde salsas, these products are not currently available for shipping from our website.
However, if you purchase our salsa products through other channels (e.g., in-person events) and encounter an issue that falls under the categories below, please contact us promptly. Due to food safety regulations and the nature of consumable goods, when these products are sold, all sales are final except in specific circumstances.
If your salsa, purchased via an authorized channel, is:

Damaged: (e.g., broken jar, compromised seal, if shipped from an authorized distributor)

Incorrect item: (e.g., received Smoked Roja when you purchased Roasted Verde)

Spoiled or clearly unfit for consumption upon receipt.
Please contact us immediately at info@copacitysalsa.com within 3 business days of receiving or purchasing your product. To help us quickly assess the issue, please include:

Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order number if applicable).

A clear description of the problem.

Photographs clearly showing the damage, incorrect item, or issue with the product.
If your claim is approved, we will either replace the affected product or issue a refund for the item at our discretion.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personal taste preferences or for products that have been opened, consumed, or stored improperly after acquisition.
3. Non-Returnable Items (General - Customer Errors & Personalized Goods): Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products and general e-commerce practices, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues that are not the fault of Copa City Salsa LLC or our print partner. This includes, but is not limited to:

Buyer's Remorse: You changed your mind or no longer want the item.

Incorrect Size Ordered (for apparel/POD items): Please double-check our size charts before ordering.

Color Discrepancy (for apparel/POD items): Slight color variations may occur between what you see on your screen and the final printed product due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Personalized/Customized Items (for POD): Items that were custom-designed or personalized specifically for you (e.g., with a name or unique message) are not returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Sale items or Gift cards.

Perishable goods (other than the specific salsa policy above), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
4. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if print-on-demand merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. This "cooling off period" allows you to return items you're not satisfied with, even if there's no defect. Please note this cooling-off period specifically applies to our print-on-demand items and does NOT apply to our food products (salsas) due to health and hygiene regulations for consumables.

To exercise this right for eligible print-on-demand items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@copacitysalsa.com within 14 days of receiving your eligible print-on-demand item.

Please note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for items returned under the EU cooling-off period unless the item is defective.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Refunds (for Approved Returns/Resolutions): Once your return (if required) or reported issue has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
