At Copa City Salsa LLC, we want to ensure you know exactly what to expect when it comes to getting your delicious salsa and custom-made apparel. Our shipping policy is tailored to the different types of products we offer.
Print-on-Demand (POD) Product Shipping
All our apparel and other Print-on-Demand (POD) items are custom-made just for you after you place your order. This process takes a little time, but it allows us to offer a wide range of unique designs and reduces waste!
Processing & Production Time: Once you place an order for POD items, it generally takes 2-4 business days for our printing partners to create your item. During peak seasons (like holidays), this might extend slightly.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates: After production, your order will be shipped. We partner with various carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 8 business days after production.
Please Note: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery dates can vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
Shipping within the United States Only: At this time, Copa City Salsa LLC only ships Print-on-Demand products within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Copa City Salsa Food Product Shipping
At this time, our delicious Smoked Roja, Smoked Verde, Roasted Roja, and Roasted Verde salsas are NOT eligible for shipping directly from our website. We are currently focusing on local sales and other distribution methods for these products.
Please check our website or social media for updates on where you can purchase our salsas in person or if shipping becomes available in the future.
General Shipping Information
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on the carrier's website.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@copacitysalsa.com. For damaged items, please include photos of the damage to the packaging and the product. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
