However, we don't warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. 2.2 Print-on-Demand (POD) Products: * Customization: Our POD items (e.g., apparel, accessories) are custom-printed specifically for you upon order. * Color Variation: Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from those shown on your monitor due to different screen settings and printing processes. * Sizing: We provide size charts for our apparel items. Please review these carefully before ordering, as we typically can't accept returns for incorrect sizing due to customer error. 2.3 Copa City Salsa Food Products: * Availability: While we produce Smoked Roja, Smoked Verde, Roasted Roja, and Roasted Verde salsas, these products may not be available for direct online purchase or shipping at all times. Please refer to specific product pages for current availability. * Final Sale (when applicable): Due to food safety and hygiene considerations, when these products are offered for sale and shipping, all sales will be final once shipped, except in cases of damage, incorrect item received, or clear spoilage upon arrival as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. 2.4 General Availability: All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. 4.3 Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. 4.4 Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Copa City Salsa LLC pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
